BOX OFFICE & HOUSE POLICIES

MIAC is dedicated to the security and enjoyment of our guests at every performance. Please remember to be respectful of our staff and volunteers who are there to assist you and be a good neighbor to those seated around you.

SALES: All ticket sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or retroactive discounts are not possible.

TICKETS: Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

FRAUDULENT TICKETS: MIAC is not able to verify the authenticity of tickets purchased through third parties.

CONTENT ADVISORY: MIAC prides itself on offering a diverse selection of entertainment. Not all events may appeal to or be appropriate for every person. Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the performances we offer to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

ARRIVING LATE: Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager, according to the wishes of the artist. If you arrive after the performance begins, you may be asked to wait in the lobby until there is an appropriate pause in the performance.

BAG CHECK & PROHIBITED ITEMS: MIAC security personnel may inspect bags at points of entry. The following items are not permitted in our venues: backpacks and other large bags; cameras; audio and/or video recorders of any kind; outside food and beverage; laser pointers; signs; as well as firearms and other weapons of any kind.

CODE OF CONDUCT: If the ticket holder’s conduct endangers or disrupts the performers or other guests, MIAC reserves the right to remove the ticket holder from the premises. No refunds will be made.

TEXTING & MOBILE DEVICE USAGE: The experience of a live performance can be ruined by the interruption of ringtones or vibrating phones and by the light of text messaging. Please be considerate to others and remember to turn off your mobile device for the duration of the performance.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING: Most artists forbid the taking of photos and/or recording audio or video inside the theatre once the performance begins. Anyone found to be recording or photographing a performance without permission may be ejected without refund.

ACCESSIBILITY: All three of our venues have accessible entrances. If anyone in your party has an accessibility need, please contact the box office prior to the event, and we will arrange accommodations. Seating spaces for wheelchair users and their companions are located throughout our venues.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Trained service animals are permitted to assist guests inside our venues. If special accommodations are required for your service animal, please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.

WEATHER POLICY: Refunds are not provided due to weather conditions unless the artist cancels the performance.
